Editorial Policy

Independence

CA Watch Club accepts no payment, product, or consideration of any kind in exchange for coverage. No brand, dealer, or auction house reviews our editorial before publication. We hold no inventory and take no positions in the watches we cover.

Sourcing

Articles are grounded in published reporting from established watch publications and auction-house material. We only make specific factual claims — prices, reference numbers, dates, results — that can be traced to a source document. Analysis and interpretation are our own and are framed as such.

Fact-checking

Every article passes a fact-checking gate before publication: claims are verified against retrieved source material, and pieces whose claims cannot be supported are revised or held. A human editor reviews and approves every article that goes live.

Commercial content

We do not run affiliate links. If commercial content ever appears alongside editorial, it is clearly labeled and separated from our analysis. Editorial conclusions are never influenced by commercial relationships.
